Postal charges
Our discount price policy imposes us the invoicing of postal charges. These expenses are fixed, 10 euro VAT included, for any order of an amount lower than 500 euro including VAT. Beyond 500 euro VAT included, we do not collect postal charges, this rule is valid for any sending in the European Union.
Order of an amount lower than 50 euro VAT incl.
We accept all orders, whatever their amount. However, for any order of an amount lower than 50 euro VAT incl., an additional 5 euro VAT incl. fixed costs will be charged.
Satisfied or paid off!
Because your satisfaction is our priority, aerodiscount makes a commitment to pay you off any order which would not give you a total satisfaction. It is easy, you just have to send us back the concerned article, in its original packing, at the following address :

You must tell us if you wish an exchange or a refund. You have a period of 15 days from the reception of your order to benefit from this guarantee. The returns in cash on delivery are not accepted. The return of products is made without penalty, with the exception of the freight costs.
